The house is divided into three separate units. There are two 1
bedroom/1bathroom units downstairs and a large 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom

units. The cottage has recently been renovated with
all new furnishings, carpet, and accessories.
The large 3 bedroom/2 bathroom unit takes up the entire top story.
The kitchen and dining room open into the living room for a great
room effect with high ceilings. From the living room you walk out
onto a large porch to dine or enjoy the sounds of the surf and
beautiful sunsets. The kitchen is fully equipped with a new
refrigerator/ice maker, microwave, oven, washer/dyer and dishwasher.
The master bedroom has windows overlooking the ocean front. It
features a queen size bed, TV, and a bathroom with a large shower.
A second bedroom has two twin beds and a third bedroom has a queen
size bed. The second bathroom has a full shower/bathtub.
