Private, quiet, short walking distance to Higgins Lake, once
featured in National Geographic as the 6th most beautiful lake in
the world with it's sandy beaches and clear water, which is great
for all water sports.This 3 bedroom cottage sleeps 8. A queen-size
bed, a double bed and 2 twin beds, a roll-a-way is also available.
But if you don't feel like cooking, at the bottom of the hill is
Country Corner Store which has pizza, hot dogs, hamburgers,
chicken,ect. Good food!

Cable tv with a dvd player, fully furnished, fireplace, extra large
lot for parking vehicles and boats. Fire pit for bonfires and
roasting marshmallows or hotdogs.Screened in backporch with patio
furniture. Horseshoes, volleyball,ect. Hunters and snowmobilers
welcome!
Newly installed carpet, new refrigerator. Fully equipped kitchen.
Blankets, sheets, dish towels are provided, please bring your own
pillows and bath/beach towels.
Please leave cottage as you found it. Take trash out, ect. Cleaning
supplies are provided. Leave dirty dish towels on counter. Please
close all windows. A cleaning deposit of $100 is required when you
arrive. If cottage is clean upon departure, the deposit will be
returned to you.
