5 bedroom 3 bath waterfront home located in a quiet residential 
neighborhood on Adams Waterway.  Watch the sunrise and enjoy 
spectactular views of Largo Sound from your balcony.  John Pennekamp 
State Park at your back door.  Fifteen minutes from Molasses Reef and 
other Pennekamp Park Reefs.  Easy Ocean and Bay access.  The Best 
Fishing and Shrimping in Key Largo from your very own dock.  Fish for 
Snook, Tarpon, Snapper, Amberjack and more! You don't need a boat to 
fish but our concrete dock and boat slip can accomadate up to a 35 
foot boat. You can also rent boats nearby.  Clean your catch on our 
fish cleaning station. Relax on the dock sipping margaritas as you 
enjoy watching manatee & dolphin swim by.  Our boat slip is filled 
with all kinds of sea life, an aquarium in your own back yard!  Sail 
on the Casino boat for a night of gambling or enjoy the reefs on the 
Glass Bottom Boat.  Smoking permitted outside on the patios only.

events. Monthly & Long Term Leases available upon request. $1000.00
