This absolutely gorgeous Cottage is one of three properties on 5
acres of tropical gardens. Situated on a ridge overlooking the Royal
Westmoreland Golf Course, with panoramic views to the ocean.
The cooling trade winds are appreciated all year round.
Ideal for those who enjoy total peace and quiet, yet just a mile
away from everything else that you could possibly want.
Very nicely and comfortably furnished, the kitchen is more than
fully equipped. Plenty of bed linen and towels. Laundry room on site.
Cable TV/stereo/CD telephone and internet access.
Within walking distance to Sugar Hill and Royal Westmoreland for
tennis and golf, lovely country walks and wild life, it is not
uncommon to see monkeys frolicking along the way.
The nearest beach, Heron Bay is 1 mile down the hill. This is a
quiet bay, safe bathing for young children, and coral reefs for
snorkeling. For the more adventurous Folkestone Marine Park is a
short walk along the beach. There is also horse back riding, water
sports and scuba diving. We provide snorkeling equipment, beach
towels, chairs and umbrellas.
1-1/2 miles to Holetown for shopping, Banks, restaurants and nightly
entertainment.
The large swimming pool in the grounds is shared with the other two
properties. Each property is very private.
There are comfortable loungers to sunbathe and relax, also a pool
bar equipped with refridgerator for guests use, poolside dining
facilities and BBQ grills.
Distance from the Airport: 26 km
Airport transfers and car rental available at reasonable rates.
