Summer Rates(April-November)
Weekly rate:$900 + 7% tax
Nightly rate (2 night minimum):$180 + 7% tax
Midweek rate(Sunday night-Friday morning):$750 + 7% tax

Winter Rates(December-March)
Weekly rate:$1000 + 7% tax
Nightly rate(2 night minimum):$200 + 7% tax
Midwwek rate(Sunday night- Friday morning):$875 + 7% tax 

$200 security deposit,due with booking deposit, refunded within 2 
weeks of departure
50% deposit due upon booking
Balance due 60 days before arrival
Rental agreement with specifics will be provided upon booking or at 
your request
