As a guest you can participate in all Sun City Grand activities and
discount golfing with the purchase of an activity card. This card is
available for $55.00 per person at the CAM office. This is
an 'Active Adult' community. At least one guest must be 55 years of

Scottsdale and Downtown Phoenix is only a 40-minute drive. Sun City
Grand is 30 minutes for the airport, close to training camp stadiums
for the Kansas City Royals, Texas Ranger, Seattle Mariners and the
