This private, top floor condominium has direct view of the private beach and ocean in front.  The
condo is in the front building of the complex, allowing for beautiful ocean and sunset views. You can watch the sunsets from the front room or the breezy lanai.  With Hawaiiana and Balinese decor, you'll definitely feel that you are living in the luxurious tropics.  The condo has warm colors and bamboo flooring throughout

The condo has one bedroom and two bathrooms.   It will accommodate 2-4 occupants comfortably.  For privacy, there is a door to separate the master bedroom/ bath from the rest of the unit. Everything has been completely remodeled with entirely new kitchen and bathrooms.  The living
area has a new inter-spring, queen-sized futon as well as a comfortable chair.   There is a large flat screen T.V.  with cable. Secured, high speed wifi is provided.  The kitchen has new cherry cabinets, granite counters & new appliances/ fixtures.   The counter extends into a bar area with two stools.  The kitchen is fully-stocked with everything you’ll need to make and serve meals.  

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and its own attached full bath.  There is another full bathroom, off the hallway, closer to the living area.  Both bathrooms have floor-to-ceiling tile with
a spa-like feel.   High-end fixtures and cabinets compliment the clean, contemporary design.    Warm colors and bamboo floor create a relaxing ambiance.  The condo is professionally cleaned and updated often with fresh, high-quality linens.    

Most visitors find little reason to leave the Condo, as its beach and swimming area provide ideal snorkeling, turtle and whale watching.  With reef protection, swimming is generally good year round.   The beach is uncrowded, providing its visitors a quiet, relaxing experience.  There are communal grills and picnic tables on the grassy area in front of the building.  There is also a coin-operated laundry room on the premises.  Beach chairs, boogie boards & snorkeling equipment are included.

The well-known surf town of Haleiwa is less than a half-mile away. There you'll find a number of quaint restaurant and shoppingoptions.  The famous 7 Mile Stretch of surfing begins in Haleiwa with several surfing spots within walking distance from the condo.   Wonderful drives & hikes surround the area.  Surf lessons, stand-up-paddle (SUP) and kayak rentals are nearby as well.   Honolulu is a 30-40 minute drive from the condo.

This spot is for the traveler who wants to see the 'real' Hawaii... away from the tourist traps and concrete. Whether watching world-class surfing, hiking or swimming, or just relaxing is your thing...
