Our luxurious, professionally decorated home away from home awaits you at beautiful Canaveral Beach, 
the closest beach to Orlando.

Canaveral beach, just north of World famous Cocoa Beach, provides miles of beautiful sandy beach and 
clear blue water. Watch the cruise ships come and go daily from the balcony or view a rocket or 
shuttle launch from the beach, Canaveral has it all! Our south-east 4th floor corner unit gives you 
a panoramic view of the ocean as well as sunsets to the west and a beautiful night-time view as well.

This unit provides approx. 2000 sq. ft. of living space as well as about 250 extra feet of space on 
the balcony.  It has 9-foot ceilings, upgraded 18-inch ceramic tile, granite counter tops, leather 
furniture and has been custom painted as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the 
necessities you need to feel right at home.

The master suite has a king bed, 27-inch cable TV, phone, two walk-in closets and walk-out doors to 
the balcony with a view that must be seen to believe. The master bath has an oversized tub, walk-in 
shower and separate his and her vanities with sinks.

Guest room #1 also has a king bed, walk-out door to a mini-balcony, 24-inch cable TV with VCR/DVD, 
phone, walk-in closet and connecting door to a bathroom with walk-in shower.

Guest room #2 has a queen bed, 20-inch cable TV, phone and closet. 

The living room has twin full-size leather sofas and a 36-inch TV with VCR/DVD. Unit has its own 
laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. No pets or smoking please.  Unit is 
available year round.

Our unit is in an exquisitely designed brand new (2005) Mediterranean style five-floor building 
located at Canaveral Beach, just north of the Cocoa Beach pier. The building has door security 
with access through the telephone. Two elevators ensure that waiting time is minimal.

5 minutes to Port Canaveral, the second largest cruise ship port in the USA. 3,4 and 7 day cruises 
on Disney, Carnival and Royal Caribbean cruise lines. Also home to two free Casino cruise ships 
which sail twice daily and include free entertainment, food and drinks.

Deep sea fishing is nearby on the Miss Cape Canaveral or the Obsession

Boat and Jet-ski rentals are available nearby

There are many restaurants closeby including Outback, Fridays, Olive Garden as well as many local 
restaurants to satisfy any taste!

Cocoa Beach Country Club is closeby for the golfers and offers three nine-hole courses to choose from

World famous Cocoa Beach and the Ron Jon's surf shop are mere minutes up the beach

There are many places to shop nearby including Merritt Square Mall which offers stores such as 
Dillards, J.C. Penney, Sears, Macy's and also is home to the Cobb-16 theatre complex.

2008 Monthly rates: December - April      $3,150
                    May      - July       $2,835
                    August   - November   $2,415

2009 Add 5%

Terms:  30% Due at booking.

        Credit Cards accepted through PayPal. Please add 4% for
        credit card fees.

        Checks, money orders and bank drafts also accepted by mail.

        70% and security deposit due 30 days before occupancy.

        Security Deposit - $500

        Cleaning charge is extra at $100 per rental

        Renters must be at least 30 years of age.
