balcony or view a rocket or
shuttle launch from the beach, Canaveral has it all! Our south-east
4th floor corner unit gives you
a panoramic view of the ocean as well as sunsets to the west and a
beautiful night-time view as well.
This unit provides approx. 2000 sq. ft. of living space as well as
about 250 extra feet of space on
the balcony. It has 9-foot ceilings, upgraded 18-inch ceramic tile,
granite counter tops, leather
furniture and has been custom painted as well. The kitchen is fully
equipped with all the
necessities you need to feel right at home.
The master suite has a king bed, 27-inch cable TV, phone, two walk-in
closets and walk-out doors to
the balcony with a view that must be seen to believe. The master bath
has an oversized tub, walk-in
shower and separate his and her vanities with sinks.
Guest room #1 also has a king bed, walk-out door to a mini-balcony,
24-inch cable TV with VCR/DVD,
phone, walk-in closet and connecting door to a bathroom with walk-in
shower.
Guest room #2 has a queen bed, 20-inch cable TV, phone and closet.
The living room has twin full-size leather sofas and a 36-inch TV
with VCR/DVD. Unit has its own
laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. No pets or
smoking please. Unit is
available year round.

located at Canaveral Beach, just north of the Cocoa Beach pier. The

Cancellation Policy

 ·  A 10% fee is applied to all canceled reservations

·  For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.

·  Cancellations received 60 days or more prior to arrival will be refunded less the 10% cancellation fee.
