Canaveral Beach!  (Property #24856 and #12109)  Canaveral beach is just a few minutes drive north  
from Cocoa Beach. 
 
Welcome to our home away from home in beautiful world famous Cocoa Beach!  Our completely renovated  
4th floor north-east corner unit will provide you with about 1,800 square feet of luxurious living  
space along with a beautiful wrap-around balcony giving you a panoramic direct view of the Atlantic  
Ocean. 
 
The livingroom area provides you with views of the beautiful blue Atlantic ocean through sliding  
glass doors on the east and north side of the unit. Make yourselves comfortable in the leather sofa  
or love seat and listen to the waves or watch the 36-inch cable TV with VCR/DVD. The attached dining  
area provides seating for six as well as a breakfast bar. 
 
The newly renovated kitchen complete with corion countertops is fully equipped and ready to use.  
Just bring your food!  Attached to the kitchen is a laundry area with washer, dryer, iron and  
ironing board. 
 
The master bedroom has a new king suite, 27-inch cable TV, phone and walk-in closet. The large  
connecting master bath has an oversized walk-in shower. 
 
Guest room #1 has queen bed and a double bed with a 20-inch TV and VCR/DVD and lots of closet space. 
 
Guest room #2 has a queen bed with a 20-inch TV and VCR/DVD and again lots of closet space. 
 
All bedrooms have alarm clock radios.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our condo is located in a beautiful eight-floor building located directly on Cocoa Beach a few  
minutes south of the famous Ron Jon's surf shop. Two elevators ensure minimal waiting time. 
 
Security is provided by key access only to the two elevators that serve the building. 
 
A large heated swimming pool sits right next to the jacuzzi, well equipped common room and fitness  
facility. 
 
There are two lighted tennis courts available. 
 
A car wash area is provided. 
 
Gated access to the beach ensures that the beach is fairly private. 
 
All linens and towels are provided with the unit. 
 
Free local phone and cable are provided.

Activities and Attractions

World famous Cocoa Beach provides miles of beautiful sandy beach and clear blue water.   
 
Located near the Cocoa Beach Pier which provides entertainment, dining, fishing and more. 
 
Less than an hour to Orlando airport or the Disney theme parks. 
 
Near Port Canaveral, the second largest cruise port in the USA.  Combine your beach holiday with a  
3, 4 or 7 day cruise with the Disney, Carnival or Royal Caribbean cruise lines.  Casino ships leave  
twice daily and provide free entertainment, dining and drinks. 
 
Kennedy Space Center is only 25 minutes away and has bus tours, an IMAX theatre and the astronaut  
museum. 
 
The Cocoa Beach Country Club provides public access golf on its three nine-hole courses. 
 
Deep Sea Fishing and boat and jet-ski rentals are all nearby. 
 
There are many restaurants in the area including Outback, Olive Garden, TGI Friday's as well as many  
local restaurants to satisfy any taste. 
 
The Merritt Square Mall is nearby providing great shopping for the ladies as well as home to the  
Cobb-16 theatre complex.

Terms:  30% due at booking. 
 
        Credit cards accepted through PayPal. Please add 4% for

        70% and security deposit due 30 days prior to occupancy

        Cleaning fee extra at $100 per rental
