Villa Oasis in Playa Carrillo

Casa Oasis is located within a five minute walking distance to the
boats, beach, hotels, restaurants and stores. Nestled at the end of a
cul de sac, there is also privacy, affording a very secure feeling,
and no noises from the main two lane, road located 350 meters away..
Situated in an area that many consider one of the most prolific marlin
fishing areas in the world, Puerto Carrillo is a small unobtrusive
community that has been playing host to some of the most well renown
sport fishing boats in the world, since its discovery as a billfish
destination over 15 years ago. The small town boasts several hotels,
fine restaurants, stores, a small airstrip with daily service to San
Jose, and one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica. The tiny
harbor affords protection to a small handful of charter and private
boats that are here on permanent bases.
The beautiful white sand beach it's popular with swimmers and it's an
ideal beach for your kids.

Casa Oasis offers five beautiful bedrooms with four large bathrooms,
beautiful furniture, air conditioning, gym area. It has
a big swimming pool with a large waterfall pleasantly gurgling down
the rocks with a beautiful outside shower. The home has an
unobstructed view of a lush, tropical
jungle setting. A well maintained garden area affords ample privacy.
The location is both quiet and private, where the only sounds you hear
are the monkeys, birds and bubbling water.
It has a spacious living room and dining area that flows inward from
the patio overlooking the jungle and pool to the open kitchen area.
Closed off from this is the family room. Leading off of the family
room are two bedrooms and a bath, and the master bedroom with it’s own
bath, walk in closet and outside private porch. Also situated off the
family room is a large room with its own entrance for storage. The
construction is high end and the total amount of construction is 5500
square feet.
All the ceilings are done with Mohagony wood; the main living area has
a 22 ft ceiling, while the family room boasts 24ft ceilings with
ventilation, creating a very open and spacious atmosphere.
There is a covered parking area with ample room for two large cars,
and a large locked storage area.
All of the bedrooms have A/C. The front patio overlooking
the pool is an ideal social area, with overhead fans creating a
comfortable breeze.
It has cable T.V, A/C, phones, closet, desk space, and drawer space.
The top level opens up to a private balcony, an ideal place to watch
the stars or have an evening cocktail.
Washer and dryer, maid service and gardening service daily.
