This pristine home is ready for another beautiful summer. Salvaged pine flooring adorns the home throughout. The home has six bedrooms,
and five baths. All bathrooms feature tiled showers and floors. The
rooftop deck affords excellent ocean views, while the wet-bar is
only steps away. Bead board adds a nice finished look while
original art provides ample color to the rooms. The Gourmet kitchen
is complemented with solid granite countertops. There is a plasma
TV in the living room, while each bedroom has cable, DVD player, and
TV as well. There is also a private saltwater pool that you may
find hard to leave.

The first floor has four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed
and private bath with a Jacuzzi tub and shower. The second bedroom
has
a queen and shares a walk thru bath with third bedroom, which has 2
queens. The fourth bedroom has another queen with a full bath. The
second floor has the kitchen, living room and dining room. The fifth
bedroom, also located on this floor, has a king bed, and a bath
connected to the bedroom and the hall. There is also a queen size
sleeper sofa in the living room. The sixth bedroom is located on the
third floor and has 2 queens and a sofa that folds out to a double
bed. This room is actually a suite with a small kitchenette, full
bath
and double sun decks.
Other features of convenience are an , pool table,Laundry Room, CD
Player/Stereo,
Dishes, Cooking Utensils and Linens which are all provided. The bed
sizes are King, Queen, and Sofa sleepers. The home sleeps up to
