couples comfortably and a “kids room” with 3 twin beds. There’s a doublesided fireplace
between the kitchen and living room, and wood burning stoves in the den and sun room.

The Mad River Valley and the towns of Warren and Waitsfield are quintessentially Vermont.
Located minutes from Sugarbush and Mad River Glen ski resorts, the area offers endless
entertainment all year round. Great hiking, biking, swimming, kayaking, skiing (cross
country and downhill), snowshoeing, sledding, golf and swimming holes along the Mad River.
Blueberry Lake is just down the road as is the Sugarbush airport, with both a grass and paved
airstrip, it is one of the most beautiful soaring sites in the country. The towns offer antique
stores, boutiques, pottery and glass art studios, and a farmers and artisan market every
saturday. Burlington is just under an hour away, Montpelier half an hour.

Full Ski Season (November-April): $12000 
Dates for full season are flexible. Renter pays oil, electric, plowing and cable if wanted

Fall/Winter (Sept-April):
$2200/week or
$350/night

Summer (May-August):
$300/night
$1800/ week

Holidays:
$450/night or $3000/week. Holidays include Thanksgiving, christmas, new years, & presidents week

*2 Night Minimum.  If you'd like to only stay one night, you can, but you must pay for 2

*$150 cleaning fee required

*$500 Security Deposit required (may vary depending on duration of rental)
