Vacation Rental Description

Captain's Unit is At the center of the property it is a roomy 
beautiful duplex,  with 4 tempered sliding glass doors facing the 
bay:  (For large parties both units can be connected)  

The Captain's Unit can sleep 2 adults and 1 to 4 kids.  It is a one-
or 2 bedroom suite with its own Jacuzzi tub and a tiki shower. It 
has a king size bed, which also faces the water.  A full futon bed, 
compact refrigerator, range, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, 
cable TV, air conditioning, towels and linens.

 An additional bedroom (with 2 single beds) can be opened to the 
captains cottage making it a 2 bedroom unit also.  

The Captains is great after a fabulous day of Adventure, for a 
restful sleep in a big bed and you will see the bay when your eyes 
open in the morning/afternoon? 

Vacation Rental Amenities

  ALL Units Include Their own 22' sailboat for the entire duration 
of the stay at no extra cost.+ A shared Rowing Dory, Canoes, Kayaks, 
Paddle Boats, Floaters, Snorkel/Fishing gear, as well as awesome 
sunsets and frequent manatee visits. We have 7 sailboats right now, 
two 22' O' Days, four 22' Catalina and 1 westerly 22' for bare boat 
charters to Fill in a few days before, After / during your stay. You 
can swim and snorkel right off the 
Property.  Plus there are plenty of great sailing adventures to be 
had like our mangrove jungle cruise (A key lime exclusive not on any 
published maps).

Activities and Attractions

Sailing with in the warm winds of the Keys, Kayaking the everglades 
and jungles of mangroves, Scuba Diving on our world famous coral 
reefs, Snorkeling, Swimming, Fishing, Eco tours, Everglades tours, 
Bird Watching, Nature Trails, Alter light rides, Parasailing, 
Golfing, Water skiing, The Alligator farm and Take an airboat ride 
at the same time. Great sailing and Kayak adventures to be had like 
our mangrove jungle cruise (A key lime exclusive not on any 
published maps). Feed 120 pound fish by hand off the dock at a near 
by location(ask us for directions).

Vacation Rental Rates

    Peak season starts DEC 16 and ends July 30. Rate for this unit 
is $150 ($180 Peak) per night plus 11.5% tax and $75 cleaning We 
require a minimum Booking of 5 nights and a deposit of $500 in order 
to confirm Reservations. 

We accept your personal/cashier's check or money order 
Payable to: Key Lime Sailing Club. We have a 30 cancellation policy.

For the tranquility of all guest, normal occupancies is 2 adults, 
But If Allowed (on a case by case basis) an additional adult will be 
$15.00 
Per night. 
There is never an extra charge for kids under the age of 18.
