Villa Nomade is a newly redecorated condominium in the
Shipyard Condominiums at the Truman Annex. The Shipyard is a gated
community in the heart of Old Town Key West on the former U.S. Navy
property of Truman's Little Whitehouse. Just steps from Duval St. and
located near the Ft. Zach beach and Hemingway's house, all of Old Key
West's sites are within easy walking distance. Our private oasis can
be your tropical retreat.

Relax at the Villa Nomade in luxurious surroundings. The fully
equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and icemaker, has bar
seating. The living room features a media center with panel TV and queen sofa-bed. The bedrooms feature
queen feather-topped beds
with fine linens and down pillows. The master bedroom has French
doors opening to the private garden. The bath is supplied with spa
soaps and thirsty towels. The patio is furnished for dining and
lounging beneath tropical foliage. The community pool is moments
away. Central AC/ heat, laundry, and blender of course.
Parking for a compact vehicle is available
on request. Sorry, large trucks or RV's are not permitted.

We are located within easy walking distance to all Old Town Key West
areas. Ft. Zachary Taylor State Park & Beach, Truman's Little
Whitehouse, Earnest Hemingway's Home, Key West Lighthouse, Customs
House Museum, Mel Fisher's Museum, Mallory Square and Sunset
Celebration, and Duval Street shopping, dining and nightlife are all
only a few steps away. Red Barn Theatre, Waterfront Playhouse, and
Tropical Cinema are moments away too. Don't miss the amazing fishing
and water activities found nearby at the Key West Historic Seaport
and take a day trip to the Dry Tortugas National Park via fast ferry.

be a higher rate. 7-day minimum rental. 4 person max occupancy. All
rates subject to 11.5% tax. Damage Deposit
of $500.00 required. Cleaning fees inclusive. Visa, MC, Discover
