Vacation Rental Description

Our new townehouse is located at the beautiful Regal Palms Resort & 
Spa at Highland's Reserve,a AAA/CAA (three diamonds) and The Guild 
of Florida Owners (four star) rated resort.
This unique resort is the perfect place to relax and enjoy yourself 
while staying at the resort and utilizing all of the wonderful 
facilities or going to Disney or any of the other numerous 
attractions that the Orlando area has to offer. Just 15 minutes from 
Disney!                   
The clubhouse features two heated  pools in a tropical setting with 
a lazy river,waterslide, jacuzzi, kiddie pool and waterfalls. In the 
pool area enjoy sunbathing, outdoor dining and cocktails and drinks 
and all other amenities from the restaurant and tiki bar.In addition 
to this the clubhouse offers a 24 hour reception desk, restaurant,
sports bar, broadcasting events from all over the world, a game 
room, internet facilities,day trip planning and booking serices,
fax and copy facilities. There is a complimentary theme park shuttle 
service booked according to season and on a first come first serve
basis. Adjacent to the restaurant is the large conference banquet 
center. Also next to the pool is the health spa featuring a workout 
area, sauna, steam room,hot tub and day spa, featuring a complete 
lineup of massage, manicure, hair, facial and body treatments.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The beautiful townehouse is a 4 bed rm, 3 bath unit(sleeps 8-10).
It features central air conditioning, Cable TV in all 4 bed rms and
the living rm, with 2 DVD Players.
There is a dining area, a fully equiped kitchen,laundry rm,telephone,
linens,towels and alarm clocks.The Master Suite has a king size bed, 
and a full bath.The first floor bed rm has a queen size bed with a 
full size bath with entrances from the bed and the foyer. The other 
two bed rms have two twin beds in each rm. There is full size bath
rm in the hallway outside these two rms. In the living rm there is a 
pull out sofa that sleeps two. There are closets in all 
of the bed rms. There is a two car driveway in the front of the 
unit. There is also a grass area in the back of 
the unit. There is a Publix supermarket and shopping center right 
next door within walking distance. Convenientaly located off of Rt 27
just a short drive from Rt 192 which  has lots of restaurants, stores
activities and gift shops.It's also the route to Disney.

Activities and Attractions

In addition to all of the facilities at the resort and the townehouse
it is convenientaly located close to all of the surrounding theme 
parks like Disney Worlds Magic Kingdom,Epcot,Animal Kingdom,MGM 
Studios and it's other parks.Also nearby is the two Universal Studio 
theme parks, Sea world and Kennedy Space  center at Cape Canaveral
is just 45 minutes away.For all of the golf lovers the resort is 
located adjacent to the Highland Reserce Golf Club and numerous 
other golf courses.

The management company will take a $250.00 security imprint from 
your credit card at check in to cover any potential damages. This 
will not be charged unless damages occur. There is a $10 per day fee
that is charged to the guests directly from the resort. This is for 
the use of the resort facilities.
