This adorable home has just been totally renovated. Located in historic Passe A Grille, only
four houses to the beach.The house also has a brand new sparkling pool with a fenced yard
for complete privacy. You'll love the house, the proximity to the beach, resturants and shops
all around the corner and fishing peir to the east of the house.

The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a new large sectional
sofa in the livingroom with a queen bed and a new couch with a pull out queen in the family
room. The house is fully furnished including a washer and dryer. There is lots of seating in
the yard by the pool and a deck in front of the house for watching sunsets. Pets are welcome
with deposit and the back yard is fenced for security.

There are parks and playgrounds around the corner and the beach is
about 100 yards away. All water sports are available in the area including fishing and boat
rentals. There is a fishing pier to the east about 100 yards from the house. Steps to nearby
resturants on the beach and shopping is a short ride down Gulf blvd. strip. Just over a mile
to the Don Cesar Hotel.

$1700 weekly and up to $5000 monthly for high season, plus 12% tax and $100 cleaning fee.
