adjoining full bath. Fourth bedroom with twin over double bunk bed has TV with DVD
player and access to full hall bath. Living room with sleeper sofa and TV with DVD/VCR.
Laundry room with new full sized washer and dryer. Shady wrap-around screened porch
with hammock opens to a fenced-in backyard featuring a patio with dining table for four
and grill.
Second floor: Beautiful hardwood floors throughout with fully equipped kitchen featuring
a breakfast bar and small table. Dining / living room combination features large dining
table and masonry fireplace. Wrap-around deck has four porch rockers and dining table
for four. Spiral staircase leads to rooftop sundeck.
Non-Smoking and No Pets Allowed

Air conditioning, ceiling fans in all rooms, and
masonry fireplace. Phones, answering machine, cable TVs in all bedrooms and both living
rooms, 3 DVD players, VCR, stereo with CD player.
Internet available through cable modem.
Fully equipped kitchen with gas range including griddle, microwave, toaster, toaster oven,
coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker. Washer and dryer, grill, and
outdoor shower.
If requested, linens and towels will be provided at a nominal charge.

Two championship golf courses are within a mile at Wild Dunes along with
an excellent tennis facility. Other activities include swimming, surfing, windsurfing, sailing,
bike rentals, and miniature golf. Fishing charters, Eco tours,and boat rentals available at IOP
Marina. Shopping, dining, and touring Historic Downtown Charleston. IOP Parks and
Recreation Center has a brand new park with great equipment for kids as well as tennis
courts, basketball, and a soccer/football field.

A deposit is due at the time of booking. The rental balance is
required 60 days in advance of arrival. Cancellations made prior to 60 days in advance of
arrival will forfeit the deposit. No refunds within 60 days of arrival.
