Vacation Rental Description

Sunseeker is perfectly located on the exclusive Solana resort-style  
community, fifteen minutes from Walt Disney World in Davenport,  
Florida. Perfectly situated for the best vacations ever, this  
professionally decorated home-away-from-home is just minutes away  
from some of the most popular restaurants - but is in a quiet, safe,  
and peaceful neighborhood. Golf course is less than a mile away. 
 
Sunseeker is a newly contructed house. The air conditioned house has  
many upgrades including extensive tile flooring and upgraded  
carpeting in bedrooms. Professional decorating assures a home  
feeling like no other.This modern and spacious, four bedroom, three  
bathroom, vacation home sleeps up to ten guests. Quality furnishings  
throughout let you know you are staying in a home, not a house! 
 
The spacious family room, which overlooks the pool area, has  
comfortable sofas and a love seat, with an entertainment center with  
a cable TV, DVD player, plus a stereo CD player and Playstation 2  
console. This living space is completed with a fully-equipped  
kitchen complete with a breakfast nook for those relaxed vacation  
mornings. 
 
Step outside from the family room under the shaded lanai and on to  
the sun-drenched pool deck that surrounds the bubbling spa pool that  
cascades in to the sparkling clear waters of the pool of Sunseeker  
Villa. Take time out to enjoy and soak in the Florida sunshine as  
you rest in the deck loungers and chairs.The WEST FACING deck  
ensures  
all-afternoon sun. The pool is provided with a removable safety  
fence  
for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and  
all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with  
additional safety locks and switchable alarms. The pool area as well  
as the pool has lighting for those relaxing night swims. 
 
If that is not enough to do - or if the weather doesn't quite live  
up to expectations - then why not play a game of pool or stick- 
hockey  
in the games room together as a family? The games room also has  
Cable/TV to make sure you don't miss the big game while enjoying the  
table  
games. 
 
Sleeping accommodation at Sunseeker includes a master bedroom suite  
with a king size bed, nighstands with lamps, telephone, radio/alarm,  
cable TV with DVD player, walk-in closets, and a spacious en-suite  
bathroom with walk in shower. The second master bedroom enjoys  
similar features, with a queen-size double bed, cable TV, and also  
enjoys a private bathroom suite. 
 
There are two further bedrooms, each with two twin beds,  
nightstands, dressers, cable TV, and closet space, with an adjacent  
shared bathroom. Finally, the sofa in the family room can be  
converted to a queen-size sleeper as required. 
 
Sunseeker Villa offers FREE local and international calls. The villa  
has also a full size washer and dryer. 
 
The Solana Resort offers an array of complimentary amenities, which  
are available to guests. The club house has a fitness center, free  
computer access to the Internet, heated community pool and spa pool,  
Video games room, together with children’s play area, and is the  
perfect place to get to know other families. Grocery store and  
restaurants ( offering free delivery )are nearby. 
 
Our property management company is available 24 hours 7days a week  
for emergency.
