feet and nicely furnished with central air and ceiling fans. Master 
bedroom has large walk-in closet. Kitchen includes full-size 
refrigerator, microwave, oven/stove, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker 
and purified drinking water from refrigerator or sink. Also included 
are cooking and eating utensils, washer, dryer, 2 TV's and dvd player. 
There is also a covered patio and 2 car garage. Association 
swimming pool 2 minutes away. 
 
**No smoking and no pets.** 
 
**This is NOT a party house! This is for people who will take care of 
it as it was their own!**
