This quaint beach cottage is located directly across the street from  
the beach, at 4841 Estero Blvd., and offers spectacular views of the  
Gulf of Mexico.  It has a large, beautiful front deck to enjoy your  
morning coffee, sunbathe the day away on, or to relax and watch the  
evening sunsets from.  Completely renovated in October of 2008, this home offers all new porcelian  
tile floors, a brand new kitchen with granite counters, and two brand new all tile bathrooms. 
 
The interior has been decorated in the hues and  
patterns of tropical South Florida.  The main living area of the  
house is a great room, consisting of the living room, dining room,  
and kitchen.  Relax in the living room, listening to the sounds of  
the Gulf of Mexico and enjoying the views of the beach.  Curl up  
with a good book or watch your favorite shows on the large screen TV  
or a movie on the DVD player.   
 
Create scrumptous meals in the fully appointed new kitchen or cook on the BBQ while enjoying the  
back yard deck.  You'll love the beautiful new wood custom cabinets, granite counters and tile  
backsplash.  High speed DSL and wireless internet access is also available for your use. 
 
The master suite features a queen size bed, private in room TV and brand new fully tiled ensuite  
full bathroom.  The second bedroom has twin beds and its own private ensuite new fully tiled ensuite  
full bathroom as well.  The living room sofa converts to a queen size sleeper sofa for an additional  
sleeping area for up to two guests. 
 
For those who want to fully relax and have a stress free vacation,  
we offer full concierge service.  Our concierge will handle  
everything for you from buying groceries, picking up theatre  
tickets, renting boats and Harley's to arranging an in house massage  
with a licensed therapist.  We also offer special occasion items  
such as fresh floral arrangements, fruit baskets, limo/dinner  
packages, etc.  Also available is daily housekeeping and turn down  
service. 
 
Private laundry facilities are located in the lower level, along  
with beach bikes so you can get out and explore the island. 
 
This home is smoke free and pet free.  While we do not allow smoking  
in the house, you may feel free to smoke outside anywhere on our  
landscaped grounds.  No pets of any kind are allowed on the grounds  
or in the home at any time. 
 
Conveniently located within walking distance to almost  
anything you may want to do or may need.  Need groceries?  Bait for  
fishing on the beach?  Want to rent a boat?  Looking for a great  
Italian restaurant?  It's all just three properties away!  The beach  
is right across the street from the house, and less than a 30 second  
walk from the front door of the house. 
 
Enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida where you can  
walk or ride 7 miles of sugar sand beach, swim with dolphins and  
manatees, or search for shells and sand dollars.  Charter boats, jet  
ski and parasailing rentals are within walking distance.  Take the  
trolley to town, less than a 3 mile ride/walk and enjoy a day or a  
night out on the Casino boat.  Eat at the many local restaurants or  
catch some of the local artists at one of the many beach bars. 
 
Looking for something to do after the beach?  There's a golf course,  
library, movie theatre, water park, movie rental/video arcade  
gallery, disc golf course, tennis courts and much, much more.   
Further out you can enjoy museums, nature hikes, the Naples Zoo, The  
Imaginarium, The Calusa Nature Center, Tin City, The Shell Factory,

                 Thanksgiving .................... $1250/week 
 
Add 11% FL Sales Tax and a $500 refundable security deposit to the  
above rates.  All rates include final cleaning and all utilities.   
All stays over two weeks include a weekly cleaning in addition to  
the final cleaning.  Arrival and departure days of the week are  
flexible to meet your vacation schedule.  10% discounts for 4 weeks  
or long stays.
