Vacation Rental Description

Very clean with new flooring, new leather sofas and fantastic mountain views. Eagle Ridge was built  
in 1994 so the condo is relatively new. Although in Bartlett the unit location is just over the line  
from North Conway on Route 16A for easy access. As well as all the amenities you would expect this  
condo also has a new Weber gas grill for outdoor grilling and the pool is heated. 
 
For sleeping the condo has 2 Queen size beds and a bunk bed that includes a double futon.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Cable, 3 televisions, VCRs, DVD, washer, dryer, dishes, pots, pans, Weber gas grill, heated pool,  
tennis, cross country, views, dish washer, refrigerator, coffee maker, new blankets towels and  
linens, and microwave.

Activities and Attractions

Skiing - within 15 minutes to Cranmore, Attitash, Wildcat and Black mountains. A little further  
drive to Bretton Woods and Loon mountains. 
 
Other attractions - Storyland, outlet shopping, Mount Washington, rivers, lakes, horse back, several  
golf courses, skating, hiking, heated pool, mini golf, driving ranges, tennis and cross country  
trails at the condo. The Valley also has many fine restaurants from family to elegant dining.

Vacation Rental Rates

April, May, June, September, November, December - $145 per night midweek and $165 per night Friday  
and Saturday. 
 
January, February, March, July, August, October - $165 per night midweek and $185 per night Friday  
and Saturday. 
 
There is a 2 night minimum stay except for holiday weekends there is a 3 night minimum stay. 
 
A $65 cleaning fee will apply for stays less than 4 nights. There will be no cleaning fee for stays  
4 nights or longer.
