Vacation Rental Description

     Whether it be relaxing by the pool with a book, strolling along the pristine beach, or 
lounging in an inviting hamock, you are caressed by a tropical breeze.  In the nearby 
jaccuzi, you can surround yourselfi in the luxurious warmth of the bubbly water or, if you 
prefer, you can swim in the crystal clear tranquil waters just feet from your condo.  

     For those desiring more action, an array  of choices await.  Red sail sports from nearby 
Rum Point, offers both scuba and snorkeling adventures to world famous diving sites and 
reefs.  They will take you to Stingray City where the giant rays are as friendly as big puppy 
dogs while they gracefully glide by, eatting the hand-fed squid they're offered.  Equipment 
may be purchased or rented for a nominal fee.  You need never leave you private getaway 
because the Kaibo Yacht Club serves 4 star cuisine ranging from lobster, shrimp scampi, 
and steak, to fish and chips.  Key lime pie, decadent chocolate cake, or desert drinks are 
tempting indulgences offered at the restaurant with beachside casual candle-lit dining 
from lunch until 2am.  

    For those who cannot survive without their computer, wireless internet can be accessed 
from the yacht club bar and restaurant while sipping a drink of choice and watching one of 
the two elevated bar T.V.'s or gazing at the tropical splendor.  Forgotten necessities 
ranging from beachwear, sunscreen, medicines, and toiletries can be found at the sundries 
shop which also carries an assortment of ice cream sandwiches, Haagan Das, and other 
treats to enjoy.  The restaurant, shop, and small marina are all only a few hundred yards 
away.  Giant red starfish, colorful angelfish, and many shapes and sizes of coral and 
tropical fish can be discovered in the water.  At the waters edge, targe conch shells can be 
gathered in abundance.  Sea beans washed up from the coasts of Africa are also found and 
said to bring good luck to the discoverer.  There are several shaded gazebos under which 
to relax and lunge chairs which provide comfort during the day and a perfect place to rest 
while witnessing the brillance of more stars in the sky than can be imagined.

    This cozy 1 bedroom corner 2nd floor unit features all brand new matching decorative 
tropical decor and ceiling fans throughout, with dimmer lighting for optimal pleasure and 
relaxation.  The bedroom features a king size bed, nightstands with table lamps and alarm 
clock, dresser, closet, large T.V., cable with music stations, DVD. player, and VCR.
    The livingroom has a queen size sofa-bed so four guests can comfortably enjoy this 
peaceful retreat.  A second large T.V. with cable with music stations, DVD and CD players, 
as well as a wine rack are located in the livingroom. 

    The kitchen is fully furnished with combination refridgerator-freezer, oven, stove, 
microwave and dishwasher.  Toaster, coffee pot, pots, pans and dinnerware are all new 
and provided.  All appliances are brand new and there are padded swivel bar stools with 
seating for four.  Linens and towels are all provided and washer-dryer, ironing board and 
iron are all located within the condo.  Maid service top to bottom cleans and disinfects 
before and after each guests stay, washing all linens, and can be hired by the guest for 
cleaning during the week for a small fee. 

    The screened in lanai has a table and four chairs with a ceiling fan providing adjustable 
lighting.   Floor to ceiling sliders separate this from this livingroo
m and allow picturesque 
oceanfront views.
 
    The Kaibo Yacht Club is located in the pristine Cayman Kai / Rum Point area.  It is 
approximatly 21 miles from Owens Roberts International Airport.  A ferry can be accessed 
at Rum Point and takes you to the Hyatt in Georgetown.  (Please check operating times.)

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekly 7 night rentals rates are:
 
$2,350 US (December 21 - January 3)  
7 night minimum during Christmas/New Years period 
 
$1,825 US (January 4 - April 30)  Nightly rate is $285.
5 night minimum
 
$1,300 US (May 1 - October 31)  Nightly rate is $225.
3 night minimum
 
$1,825 US (November 1 - December 21)  Nightly rate is $285.
5 night minimum
 
$2,000 US ( Easter Week)  Nightly rate is $315.
5 night minimum

A 10% CI government tax applies.
Monthly rates are available on request.

Changeover day for regular weeks are Saturdays .
(excluding Christmas and Easter)  

Check in is 3:00 pm, Check out is 11:00 am. 

Payment - 50% down on booking 50% 7 days before arrival.

We process 50% of the rental at the time of
reservations, with the balance due upon arrival.

VISA, MasterCard,  and Cashiers Checks accepted.
