Vacation Rental Description

The Den along w/two bedrooms share a full hall bath containing

The spacious Master suite has a sitting area; new 32" Sharp Aquos

privacy and lots of natural sunlight!

The gourmet island kitchen has a triple S/S Sink, Disposal, S/S

Refrigerator w/ice maker, five-burner gas stove top, new S/S Double 
Convection Ovens and Walk-In Pantry. Fully equipped to help you 
prepare your favorite meal.

The home sits on one of the largest lots in all of Aviara. Over 1/2 
acre-Beautifully landscaped for your enjoyment.  A gas barbecue and 
Patio Table/Chair set are available for your use.  The tropical 
waterfall streams down the rear slope into an oversized spa (Not Heated) with a 
long, beach entry perfect for small children and/or adults alike.
There is also a separate long & shaded dog run for the four-
legged members of the family to rest in while you're at the beach or 
playing golf! You'll never want to leave!

The home has recently been completely furnished and equipped for 
your pleasure.  All new furniture, towels (including Beach towels), 
linens, cooking utensils,etc... it also offers air conditioning; a 3-
car garage; new oversized washer & dryer in separate inside laundry 
room; 2 gas fireplaces=one in the living room and one in the family 
room; a separate Den/Office with a full size convertible sofa bed 
that can sleep an additional 1-2 persons; 2 other bedrooms w/queen 
beds that sleep 1-2 persons; and a California/King bed in the Master 
suite for an additional 1-2 people for a total of 8.

Cable TV is provided as well as Broadband/WiFi Internet and a land 
line phone w/free long distance throughout the USA & Canada 
(International calls require a calling/credit card).

The home is Handicapped and Wheelchair accessible (all on one level 
except for the living room); kid friendly; pet friendly; and Non-
Smoking in all areas of the home.

***One Week Minimum Rental Policy***
Winter Season= $ 2,000 - $ 2,500/week
Summer Season= $ 2,500 - $ 3,000/week
Holiday & Special Events= $ 3,000-$3,500/week
Nightly Rate=  $ 400 - $ 500 (after initial one week rental)
Monthly rates available.  Please email and/or call.
Security Deposit= $1,000 and a non-refundable cleaning fee of $250

Pet Deposit= Additional charge, deposit & Cleaning Fee is required. Please email and/or call.
