popular Gulf Place Cabanas community, 5 miles west of 
Seaside and only 12 miles from Destin's shopping and fishing.  
Beach access is right across the street. Gulf Place offers small 
restaurants, small shops and plenty of green space as well as 
outdoor events. This condo features 1 1/2 baths, queen bed in 
the bedroom and two bunk beds in private alcove opposite 1/2 
bath.  The condo has recently been renovated with beautiful 
travertine tile floor, new sleeper sofa, new lighting, new 
bedding and new dining set.
Condo is located on exclusive 30-A.  This is a great place for a vacation.  
You can choose either a peaceful relaxing time to an exciting event 
filled vacation.  From our condo, you can do what fits your interests.

Vacation Rental Amenities

One of the prettiest beaches in the world! Bicycle riding via 
14-mile trail across the street. Swimming pool (heated in winter) 
within sight. Several small restaurants nearby. Plenty of golf, 
including the area's top-rated Camp Creek course only 8 miles 
away.

2008 RATES*
Spring (April 17th– May 20)  $975/week, $150/night (3 night 
minimum)
Summer (May 21 – Aug. 12) $1100/week, $200/night (weekly only)
Fall (Aug. 13 – October 28) $775/week, $125/night (3 night 
minimum)
Winter (October 29th – March 25th) $650/week, $115/night, (3 
night minimum)  $1200 per month
Add 11% room tax
