floor end unit villa that is ready to be your home away from home.  
Our villa provides serenity through the screened in porch, fully  
stocked kitchen, comfortable living and dining space as well as a  
queen bed, two doubles, a sleeper sofa and two full baths. While in  
Tidewater enjoy the golf course, driving range, practice green,  
clubhouse, swimming pools, tennis courts, and fitness center. Not  
only do you have the amenities of a gated community, but you are  
minutes from the Grand Strand beaches, shopping, and restaurants.  
Tidewater Golf Plantation offers you the Pebble Beach of the East!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Brand new bedroom furniture and mattresses in both bedrooms! TV's in  
both bedrooms and plenty of closet and drawer space. Both bedrooms  
connect to their own bathroom without having to go into the living  
area! The bedrooms have comfortable linens and cool colors to relax  
and soothe! Living Room has a sleeper sofa that comfortably sleeps  
two. The screened in porch flows off of the living area and  
overlooks one of the ponds in Tidewater Plantation. This is our home  
away from home!

Activities and Attractions

Tidewater Plantation and North Myrtle Beach offer a great family  
vacation, a golfer's paradise, or just a great place to escape for  
rest and relaxation! You are just minutes from the beach, golf  
course, driving range, shopping, entertainment, and restaurants.  
Tidewater has several swimming pools, tennis courts, and a fitness  
center. All guest vehicles shall display on dash a visitor’s pass.   
Electric or gas motorized motorcycles, bicycles, scooters, mopeds,  
motorized camper or trailer, recreational vehicle, boat or other  
watercraft, boat trailer etc. are not allowed on Teal Lake Village  
Property.

Vacation Rental Rates

2008 Reantal Rates 
 
Winter:  November 1, 08 - March 8, 09   $480 weekly, $95 night - 2 night miminum    
Spring:  March 9, 09  -  May 10, 09     $550 weekly, $110 night - 2 night minimum 
Summer:  May 10  -  August 29, 08       $775 weekly (Sat to Sat)  
Fall:    August 30  -  October 31, 08   $625 weekly, $125 night - 2 night minimum 
    
Rates do not include tax and cleaning fee!  Until confirmed, rates  
are subject to change without notice.  Monthly rentals are available  
at discounted rates from November - March.
