for miles.  
This walk-in level condo is located directly on the beach and is perfect for the traveling group of 
four or just a 
couple.  Private and very quiet with only eight units in this complex.  With a King size bed and a 
sleeper sofa, at 
Sea Oats there is plenty of room for everyone.

Walk from your porch directly to a Private, pristine Longboat key beach.  Although Sea Oats does not 
include a 
pool, it is located close to excellent restaurants and world-class shops in elegant St. Armands 
Circle.  Enjoy a 
variety of recreational activities including pier or deep sea fishing, boating or golfing at numerous 
golf courses.

In Sarasota, you can enjoy superb galleries and preforming arts at the Ringling Museum of Art and the 
VanWezel Performing Arts Center.  Florida's major attractions are all within convenient driving 
distance, 
including Disney World, Busch Gardens, Sea World and Universal Studios.

Within walking distance are several restaurants and a 7-11 right across the street!  There is a 10 
mile stretch 
for walkers, bikers or roller bladers to enjoy.  A shopping center offers a Publix Supermarket, a CVS 
drugstore, 
several banks, gas stations and other small shops.

Longboat key is one of Florida's most beautiful Islands.  There are so many things to do and see...

spend the days relaxing on the beach enjoying your favorite beverage while watching spectacular

if you are fortunate, you will see dolphins swim not far from shore.  Take a walk along the private
