Vacation Rental Description

Our condo is centrally located on the South side of town within 
walking distance of the London Bridge, the park, theater, 
restaurants and water park.  We are fully equipped with everything 
you need except your bathing suit and sunscreen.  There is a view of 
the lake from the front door and a patio which overlooks the pool 
and jacuzzi area.  The sunsets over the lake are breathtaking.  You 
have a beautiful view of the fireworks on the 4th of July.

Please note:  We want you to have fun but please be respectful of 
our unit and the other guests that stay there.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

*    Large one bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin bed.
*    Walk-in closet.
*    Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa.
*    Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee pot, blender, etc.
*    Bed and linens/towels.
*    Washer/dryer.
*    Central heating and air.
*    Gated pool and jacuzzi. 
*    Bathroom by pool.
*    Gas barbeques.
*    Shuffleboard.
*    Boat deep garage. RV parking.
*    Sorry no pets.
*    Smoking permitted on patio or outside only.
*    Shuffleboard.

Activities and Attractions

All types of water sports including swimming, skiing, jet skiing, 
parasailing, (boat/jet ski rentals available), indoor water park 
with slides and jacuzzi, fishing, golfing, hiking, off roading, 
cinemas, large variety of restaurants, beautiful park/dog park, 
walking sidewalks from park to bridge and close to several grocery 
and drug stores.  If you're a gambler you can be at your favorite 
casino in Laughlin in less than an hour. (Free shuttles leave daiy 
if you prefer not to drive).  Local casino is a short boat ride 
across the lake for $1.00 each way.  Leaves hourly.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates all year:
     Daily:   $95.00 (non holiday - 2 night minimum)
     Weekly:  $550.00 (extra week - $250)
     Monthly: $1200.00
     
Holiday Rates:
     Daily:   $135.00 (3 night minimum)
     Weekly:  $750.00 (week)

Refundable security deposit:  $150.00
Cleaning fee: $75.00
