watch the world ... and the sailboats go by! Perfect for small 
families, honeymooners, and the couple who needs a romantic getaway…

provided.   
 
Large ocean view deck with gas grill and dining area.  
 
 
There are area maps, guide books, and a local dining guide,  
compiled by the owners. 
 
Lawn area and gardens. 
 
Submit for pet, additional nightly fee and deposit required.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer May 15 to Sept 15: $1200 weekly, $200 nightly w/ 3 night minimum. 
Off season Sept 16 to May 14: $700 weekly, $125 nightly w/ 3 night 
minimum.  
Cleaning fee $100 
Absolutely No Smoking on Property. 
Check-in: 4:00 p.m. Check-out:  10:00 a.m. 
$500 Security Deposit Due Upon Booking. 
Pets considered, additional deposit and fee required.
