Vacation Rental Description

Fabulously located on Oahu's lush windward side. Newly constructed 1
bedroom cottage can be rented independently for smaller parties or in
combination with the main house. It features total comfort and class
and is fully furnished, including a king-sized bed, spacious kitchen
with granite counters, washer and dryer (detergent provided), and air
conditioning - this rental is definitely comfortable and functional
enough for extended stays. The cottage sleeps 2 most comfortably, but
can easily accommodate up to two more with use of high quality queen
aero mattress for additional fee of $25/nt.

Main house is a beautiful architecturally designed home. It provides
2500 sq. ft. of state of the art island living, perfect for executives
on corporate get-aways or extended family gatherings alike! Only the
highest quality mattresses and linens used.  Large screen tv.  Gourmet
kitchen, custom playroom, outdoor lounging and dining in private back
yard--everything you can want and more! 

With gorgeous views of the Koolau mountains and white sandy beaches
just across the street, it also promises all of the ingredients for a
relaxing getaway... swimming, surfing, snorkeling, fishing,
sunbathing, and hiking.

Hop in the car and the famous Polynesian Cultural Center and the
historic Latter Day Saints Temple are only a 15-minute drive away.
Kualoa Ranch (back drop to many movies such as Jurassic Park, Pearl
Harbor, and Windtalker) is just a stone's throw away (less than 2
miles) and boasts such activities as horseback riding and ATV tours.
Casual local dining at Uncle Bobo's and fine dining at the Crouching
Lion. Come get a real taste of Hawaii... you may not want to leave!

Vacation Rental Rates

COTTAGE $140/nt 1-2 guests $25/nt each additional guest up to 4
MAIN HOUSE $350/nt up to 8 guests (space for more.  please inquire)
5 night minimum
COTTAGE $85 non refundable cleaning fee
MAIN HOUSE $200 non refundable cleaning fee

$500 security deposit to secure reservation;  fully refundable after
cleaning and inspection.  Half of security deposit refunded if
canceled 60 days in
advance.
50% due 60 days in advance.  Remaining 50% due one week before stay.
Reservations accepted 7 days a week.
Discounts for stays of 2 weeks or longer (Not valid during summer or
Christmas)!
