Charming Chincoteague!

We were totally charmed by the island atmosphere at Chincoteague, where we were quickly told we were now on "island time". The location of the Waterside is great, the neighborhood was friendly and quiet. The house is large and bright with lots of room for our 6 adults. The central air conditioning was much appreciated in the 105 degree heat! It is a relaxed, beachy atmosphere, not what I would call luxurious- but we didn't pay luxury prices either! Some small areas could use attention. There was no gas grill when we arrived as was mentioned in the description. Over all we had a great time, and there is plenty for all ages to enjoy on the island and in surrrounding communities.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, sight seeing, tourists without a car

I apologize for the grill. I have to take that off of the description. Grills generally don't last long in the sea air and people would make off with the propane tanks, etc. I am considering adding a charcoal grill and trying that.
