 We have an excellent location, such as our guest have said to
us: "the location is perfect, it's near
everything".
We are between ISLA VERDE and CONDADO. Isla Verde is where the
airport is and it�s also a very
touristic area with hotels, restaurants, etc. Condado is also a
touristic area with hotels,
restaurants, etc.

3 MINUTE WALKING TO THE BEACH
3 MINUTE DRIVE TO CONDADO; 20 MINUTE WALKING TO CONDADO
5 MINUTE DRIVE TO AIRPORT and ISLA VERDE
7 MINUTE DRIVE TO OLD SAN JUAN

Various hospitals to chose in case of any emergency, starting at only
3 minute drive away.

This house has 2 bedrooms with a full bed in each room, each room has its own bathroom. (Capacity 7-8 persons.)

The house is just walking distance to the beach of Ocean Park; the best beach between the area of Old San Juan/Condado and Isla Verde. At the corner of the street is the bus station, and in the next street is Norte Shopping
Center where you find a Grocery or Supermarket, Blockbuster, etc. On Loiza Street you find many kinds of stores, restaurants (example Bebos - delicious and cheap!) pharmacies (example: Walgreen's). Near
casinos and hotels.

In the Mcleary street (that in one point converts to the Ashford
Avenue of Condado) you find Kasalta Bakery,
restaurants, mini market, gas station, Laundromat, surf shop, guest
houses, etc)

2b/2b full house unit:

Three minutes walking to the beautiful beach of Ocean Park. Our units are located in the same property; between Isla Verde and Condado; two main touristic areas in San Juan.

Two room, living room, dining room, equipped kitchen and balcony. The master room has a full bed A/C, Fan, and TV. The other room has a full bed A/C, Fan, LCD TV and  upon request we can accommodate a twin futon bed for a third person. There are 2 high quality futon beds in the living room (a queen one and a twin one); only fans in these areas. You also have the choice to move a futon mattress (twin size) to the master room that has a/c. Free internet access.

We have other units: a studio unit starting at $58 per night and the Redish unit starting at $50 per night. Walking distance to: the beach (only 3 minute walking), hotels, restaurants and fast foods, Norte Shopping Center, stores, banks, bus stops, sport park with walking and running track, baseball and soccer fields, tennis courts and a playground for kids. We are also near the Presbyterian Hospital at Condado. We have friendly neighbors that can be an asset for our guests because beside the friendship that they can offer they can also take you to different points of interest for much less than what the tours charge!

Redish room unit

Its very pretty!

The room has a full bed, A/C, LCD TV, microwave, refrigerator and its own bathroom (no kitchen). It has sink outside the unit and For December it will have a BBQ outside with a table and 2 chairs. I like very much this unit, its more private and has its own independent entrance and very nice decorated. We can accommodate a twin futon bed for a third person (for an additional cost of $8 per night).

FOR A MINIMUM OF 10 NIGHTS RATE IS $50 PER NIGHT PLUS $60 CLEANING FEE.
