Enter through the front door into a lushly landscaped private
courtyard, with decks and patio, and experience the serenity of our
beautifully maintained 2500 sq. ft. home in the desirable Heron Oaks
section of Amelia Island Plantation, and the amenities of an Omni World Class
resort.
Tastefully decorated and furnished for an easy, casual/elegant
resort lifestyle, the comfortable living area focuses on a fireplace
and entertainment center, and opens to an informal dining room and
beautiful BRAND NEW gourmet granite kitchen with family room.
With both 1st and 2nd floor master suites, additional 2nd floor bedroom
and full bath, and 1st floor office/den and powder room, this home can
easily be enjoyed by one or two couples or families. It very comfortably sleeps 6 adults with an added sofa bed perhaps for children.
Nestled among tropical flora and ancient oaks, our location is
ideal. Just a short 2/10 mile to the beach, steps to fishing, and
Fitness/Tennis Center is across the street. Walking/biking paths
weave from the ocean to the marsh, under the oak-treed canopy with
an abundance of birds and wildlife. Easily walk or bike to the AIP
Beach Club and pool, restaurants, Spa and Shops or ride the FREE
tram which continuously circles the Plantation and golf courses,
stopping just outside our back door.

Amelia Island Plantation is a 1,350 acre premier vacation island
resort located in northeastern Florida, 30 minutes from Jacksonville
International Airport, and noted for pristine beaches and natural
beauty. The Omni hotel on premises offers three 18 hole championship golf courses, a first class Racquet Park, with 23 courts, a Fitness Center, Spa, Nature Center, supervised kids camp and outstanding shops and dining choices. Go shelling, hunt for
shark teeth, try horseback riding on the beach or fish in stocked
lagoons.

Off property excursions, such as charter fishing, can be arranged
or explore Amelia’s 11 beautiful miles on your own. Quaint downtown
Fernandina Beach is a showplace of Victorian homes,and offers a
wonderful museum, library, and a variety of shops, galleries and
restaurants. Horsedrawn carriage rides, gaslights lining the streets
and the waterfront shrimp boat fleet add to the charm of this
historic fishing village. History buffs, bikers and hikers can head
to Fort Clinch Sate Park, or nearby Little Talbot Island Island,
Kingsley Plantation and Cumberland Island.
Jacksonville, a 30 minute drive, offers concerts, theatre, sporting
events, malls, museums, restaurants, charming Avondale, San Marco
and the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens, with or without children!

Minimum rental term is one week
May 1-September 14 $2800 with Omni AIP resort amenities
September 15-October 30 $2400 with Omni AIP resort amenities
11% state and resort tax additional ( required for all Florida rentals)
$100 departure cleaning fee
The Amenity Card allows you use of all Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort facilities, golf, tennis, fitness center, pool, restaurants etc.
It is not necessary or mandatory to have an Amenity card in order to enjoy the beauty of Amelia Island and surroundings while having a wonderful vacation. $200 p/week will be deducted without amenities.
