Beautiful three bedroom and three bath private home, sits on a corner lot with direct access to the Colorado River! Our gated home in Bullhead City has a 50' covered patio overlooking the river and its own private dock. Relax and enjoy the river or the sun rising & setting on the beautiful mountain ranges. The mild current provides comfortable wading and swimming in front of the house.  We are centrally located to shopping cnenters and the Laughlin Casinos.

Requirements:
Minimum three night stay

Payments:
Credit Card, Cashiers check, wire transfer, personal check or money order.
$20.00 fee for returned checks.

Cleaning fee: $150.00 non-refundable
Refundable Security Deposit: $800.00
$800.00 Security Deposit is due at time of reservation.
Total payment of rent, cleaning fee, and deposit due 30 days prior to rental.

Cancellation prior to 30 days of rental equals 100% deposit refund. Cancellation after 30 days but prior to 15 equals 50% security deposit refund. Any cancellation less than 15 days equals no security deposit refund.
