the Colorado River!  This gated home in Bullhead City has a 50'  
covered patio overlooking the river and its own private dock.  Relax  
and enjoy watching the river go by or the sun rising & setting on  
the beautiful mountain ranges. The mild current provides comfortable  
wading and swimming in front of the house.

Vacation Rental Rates

Winter: Nov thur March $1750 per week* or $795 for 3 nite min* 
Winter Special: $2600 per month* 
Summer: April thur Oct $2250 per week* or $1035 for 3 nite min* 
  *Call for availability/pricing for Holidays and Laughlin River Run 
 
Requirements: 
  Minimum three night stay 
 
Payments: 
  Cashiers check, wire transfer, personal check or money order.       
  $20.00 fee for returned checks.  
 
Check-in:  4:00 pm  Check-out:  11:00 am   
 
Cleaning fee: $125.00 non-refundable 
 
Refundable Security Deposit:  $600.00 
 
Security Deposit is due at time of reservation. Total payment of  
rent, cleaning fee, and deposit due 30 days prior to rental.  
Cancellation prior to 30 days of rental equals 100% deposit refund.   
Cancellation after 30 days but prior to 15 equals 50% security  
deposit refund.  Any cancellation less than 15 days equals no  
security deposit refund.
