Vacation Rental Description

This 3000 square foot Executive Level home is lovingly nicknamed “Mouse Track Manor”, 
for the frequency of Moose sightings in the area. A couple of months ago one popped 
right out of the woods on to the driveway, as the owner was leaving for the airport. 
Quite a sight to see!

But the question we like to ask is, if you are not staying at a ski in ski out resort, why 
not have the best view available for your stay? This home has gone through a remarkable 
custom remodel, and has special introductory rates for a limited time (see below). The 
incredible home has 30+ mile mountain views. It boasts a newly designed custom kitchen, 
bathrooms, wine room and flooring. The kitchen is a chef's (or aspiring chef’s) dream 
featuring an integrated Sub Zero Refrigerator; Professional Grade Viking Range Top, 
double Viking Ovens, Viking Microwave, 2 integrated Asko dishwashers, copper sinks 
throughout the house, custom cabinetry, granite countertops, travertine flooring and 
showers, and has been completed with very cozy new furnishings. The large entertaining 
deck and windows provide amazing views from almost anywhere in the house. 

The location provides an excellent center point for all activities. The airport is simply 
25 minutes away. Downtown Park City is 11 minutes, where you can ski The Canyons, 
Park City, or Deer Valley. Because of the quick access to the freeway, you can easily 
take a day and go to Alta, Snowbird, or Inner Tubing (5 minutes away) with ease, 
and yet you will have one of the most incredible views in town. Don’t feel like driving? 
Take the free Park City Bus only minutes away.

You will witness spectacular sunrises, if you get home early enough from the vibrant 
Park City night life.

$1000 Deposit (returned 7 days after departure or 7 days after funds cleared by bank)
$175 Cleaning Fee
10.5% of Total Rent added for Utah Tax
