Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to Osoyoos Beach Condo, we are located at Desert Surfside  
Motel & Beach Condo Rentals in sunny south Okanagan. We hope to be  
your vacation destination where you relax in a desert oasis. 
 
Our unit is located on the 3rd floor, east end of the Desert  
Surfside Motel & Beach Condo resort. Featuring a Santa Fe décor this  
condo is spacious, low maintenance, non smoking (balcony allows smoking) 
and wheelchair friendly. 10 minute walk to Town Centre or a 15 minute walk to both  
golf courses.  
 
From the living room enjoy an unobstructed view of the Indian head  
on Osoyoos Lake or breathtaking views of Anarchist Mountain to the  
east from the dining and kitchen areas.    
 
BBQing is a pleasure from the patio overseeing beach and water  
activity. The beach of fine sand slopes gradually for a long  
distance to buoys marking off power boats from swim area. Osoyoos,  
renowned for beautiful hot summers and the warmest water in Canada,  
encourages water activity. Water-sport rentals are a 5 minute beach  
walk. Boat enthusiasts are able to reserve an anchor on the beach  
for your own personal watercraft

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our bright spacious air conditioned 2 BDR. condo has over 705 sq.  
ft. of luxury living with 9 foot ceilings, Santa Fe décor and tiled  
floors.  The views are breathtaking both inside and outside on the  
large covered balcony.  Our condo sleeps 6 maximum and has quick  
elevator access from the beach to our door.   
Living room:  gas fireplace, plasma TV & DVD player, a queen size  
sofa bed.  
Master bedroom:  queen-size deluxe pillow-top bed, ceiling fan,  
remote controlled wall plasma TV and sliding doors to the balcony  
over the beach.  
Second bedroom:  queen-size, pillow-top mattress, remote controlled  
TV inside the armoire and a south lake view.  
Kitchen:  fully equipped, includes fridge, range with oven & hood  
fan, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, blender, pots & pans,  
bake ware, glasses, dishes & cutlery for 6.  
Bathroom:  separates the bedrooms and has large soaker tub & shower,  
wall mounted blow dryer  
Patio:   furnishings with propane BBQ & utensils.  
Guests are welcome to enjoy our designer beach furniture and gas BBQ’s  
for larger group gatherings.
