This lakefront home is located towards the back of a wide and deep
cove at the mile marker 3.5. The land location is off of W-15 in the
North Shore area which is away from the main high traffic area but
within a ten minute drive if you prefer to visit area attractions.
There is a small Marina in the Cove for gas and a Boat Ramp down the
street for launching small watercraft. We think it is the perfect
cove location.

The house is completely furnished and very nicely decorated with
five Bedrooms. We think the best part of the house is the large
screened-in porch which is almost on the water, the lake view is
breath taking. Another great asset of the house is the loft area. It
is a great place for the kids to hang out, they can watch a movie or
play video games without being in the middle of the main living area
which makes for a lot more peace and quiet.

There is a two slip dock with a large swim Platform and Two wave
runner lifts located directly in front of the house. Perfect for
swimming, boating and fishing.

Boating, Water Sports and Fishing. Plenty to do for eveyone.

May 01- Sept.10 ...$450.00/night (4 night minimum)
Sept.11- Oct.31 ...$400.00/night (4 night ninimum)
Nov.1- April ......$350.00/night (4 night minimum)
Deposit is one nights rental, Deposit to hold booking.
Check-in 4 pm & check-out at 11 am.
Renting individual must be at least 30 years of age.
