bedrooms, and two (2) bathrooms (sleeps six). Step out your patio
door to the pool and only steps to the beach.

Completely furnished, fully equipped kitchen with all new cabinets
and appliances. King size bed in the master bedroom, two (2) twin beds
in second bedroom, and a double bed in the third bedroom. All
bedding and towels provided.

Less than one hour from Orlando airport, Disney, Sea World,
Universal Studios and all other Orlando attractions.

This unit is located within walking distance to the Cocoa Beach Pier which offers shopping,
restaurants, entertainment and fishing off the pier. Just a 1/2 mile south is the world famous Ron
Jon Surf Shop which offers a great shopping experience. A great place to spend a few hours is Cocoa
Village, with excellent resturants, boutiques, craft shops and antique shops. Port Canaveral offers
daily fishing trips and deep sea charter fishing. Try your luck at Casino Cruise Ships which leave
twice a day. Enjoy lunch or dinner on the water and watch the large cruise ships come and go. Many
large cruise liners leave daily from Port Canaveral.

Other fun activites are pontoon rentals, wind surfing, jet-skiing, surfing, golf and tennis nearby,
live theater, dog track and zoo (in Melbourne, FL). Many tourist packages available.

FL 32921. (Unit #115 1st floor unit).

Rental period runs from Saturday (3:00 PM) to Saturday (10:00AM).

Rates-
Weekly $1,000 to $1,400
Monthly $2,200 to $3,000 (Additional electricity fee)
3/Day minimum $165 per night.

A $200.00 refundable security deposit required to confirm your rental. Balance to be paid upon
arrival. Please add 11% for Florida lodging tax and a cleaning fee of $85.00.

100% refund on deposits if cancellation is received 60 days or more
prior to rental period.

No pets are allowed or smoking in the unit.
