Vacation Rental Description

Denver/Littleton, CO – Fully furnished Town Home 2 bedrooms, 2 
baths, beautifully decorated three year old town home at W. Bowles 
Ave. and S. Santa Fe Dr, across from "Old Town Littleton". Three 
story town home with a large 2 car tandem garage on the first level, 
living room, dinning room and large country kitchen on the second 
floor and two large bedrooms, king bed and queen bed/with single 
hide-a-bed (beds for a maximum of five people) and two baths on the
third floor, all linens and towels provided. Non smokers only! Small
dog negotiable. Owner offers his Vacation home for guest on a monthly
agreement or as Guests of the Owner for short visits. Weekly cleaning
service is available for a fee. Ideal for executive short term, in
between home buyers, vacationers, medical procedures, etc. Light rail
several blocks away in "Old TownLittleton", 20 minutes by car to down
town Denver, 15 minutes toDenver Tech Center and 45 minutes to DIA.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Home has fully furnished kitchen, appliances, washer/dryer, gas 
fireplace, A/C, gas heat, fully carpeted, window covers, alarm 
system, basic cable TV, high speed Internet connection, club house 
and pool. All utilities included in the visit cost. 

Activities and Attractions

Littleton Golf and Tennis Club, bicycle trails, city parks, historic 
town of Littleton and shopping within walking distance. Englewood 
Golf Course, a water park, miniature golf and play grounds within two
miles. Access to the 66 mile High Land Canal bike trail which snakes
through beautiful southeast Denver; rental bikes available in near by 
shopping center bike shop.

Vacation Rental Rates

Visit Cost: 9/1/07 to 5/30/08-$2600 per month (31 nights),$690 per
week to week,for nights beyond seven, $99 per night, $650
damage/cleaning deposit,$200 pet cleaning cost if accepted. High Speed
Internet Service included in visit cost. Cleaning after departure
charged at $25 per man hour, minimum two hours. Rate for December 1st 
- January 30th,$3,500 $890 per week; for June and July 2008
-$2,900/mo., $790 per week; for August, 2008 - $1,300/week. E-mail
owner for special quote. Minimum lease agreement visit is 31 nights.
