living room, dinning room and large country kitchen on the second
floor and two large bedrooms, king beds in each bedroom (sleeps 5 to 6 persons) and an "L" shape sofa in the living room (NOT a Sofabed, will accomodate two children or small adults or one large adult) and two baths on the third floor, all linens and towels provided. Non smokers only! Small dog negotiable. Owner offers his Vacation home for guest on a monthly agreement or as Guests of the Owner for short visits. town Denver, 15 minutes toDenver Tech Center and 45 minutes to DIA.

Home has fully furnished kitchen, appliances, washer/dryer, gas
fireplace, A/C, gas heat, fully carpeted, window covers, alarm
system, basic cable TV, high speed Internet connection, club house
and pool. All utilities included in the visit cost.

Littleton Golf and Tennis Club, bicycle trails, city parks, historic
town of Littleton and shopping within walking distance. Englewood
Golf Course, a water park, miniature golf and play grounds within two
miles. Access to the 66 mile High Land Canal bike trail which snakes
through beautiful southeast Denver; rental bikes available in near by
shopping center bike shop.

Visit Cost:

Sept 1 to May 30 - $2700 per month (31 nights),$750 per week to week,for nights beyond seven, $115 per night. Minimum guest visit costs of $550 for up to four nights.

June 1 to August 31 - $2,900/mo. $790 per week to week, for nights beyond seven, $125 oer night. Minimum guest visit costs of $550 for up to four night.

December 1 - January 30 - $3,500/mo. $890 per week, for nights beyond seven, $135 per night. Minimum of seven nights, longer guest visits at a discount.

$200-$500 damage/cleaning deposit,$200 pet cleaning cost if accepted. Cleaning after departure charged at $25 per man hour, minimum two hours.

High Speed Internet Service included in visit cost.  E-mail owner for special quote. Minimum lease agreement visit is 31 nights.
