Master Bedroom has Queen size bed, bath with shower, sliding patio
door to deck overlooking lake.
Bedroom 2 has Queen size bed and sliding patio door to deck
overlooking lake.
Bedroom 3 has Full size bed.
Bath 2 is off hallway between bedrooms 2 and 3.
Kitchen, living, eating, laundry, and 3rd bath on lower level.
No smoking in house, please.

Easy access to all parts of Lake.
Just 3 1/2 miles to Laurie. About 12 miles to the Outlet Mall via
the Toll Bridge.
Plenty of eating establishments close either by land or water.
Paved road all the way to house.
Pontoon rentals are very close by.

Summer --- $200 nightly for weekends (3 night minimum)

Rates are for 6 persons. 8 persons maximum.
Add $10 per day for each additional person.
$200 Refundable damage deposit for weekly stays.
Shorter stay deposits vary.

Cleaning fee of $70 for stays of less than a week may apply.
Booking deposit of $200 for Spring and Summer stays is due within 5
days of reservation. Full payment due 14 days prior to stay.

Boat slip available in community dock for additional $10 per day.
