Four roomy bedrooms plus a loft (tiki room) and three bathrooms make  
this one of the largest townhouses in Fenwick Island. Located on the 
oceanside of Ocean Highway and only 100 yards, 1 Block, from the  
best beach on the east coast.  
Enjoy the Quiet Coast with all the family - friendly amenities that  
Fenwick Island has to offer. This well built three level townhouse  
has plenty of room for your entire family with sun spashed decks off  
the family room,master bedroom and tiki room. The deck off the tiki  
room has ocean and bay views with outdoor speakers and lighting. 
Large side yard with privacy fence for picnicing and pets. Sleeps 10  
easily, special one of a kind Bed in a Bar and fold out sofa bed in the tiki room top  
level.  
Three Queens, Single and double with trundle in kids room, Two Queen hide-away-beds.

love the fact that we have a huge outdoor shower and each floor  
above has it's own hot water heater.

Activities and Attractions

First things first. The beach is huge, no sitting on top of your  
neighbor or strangers...clean and patrolled diligently by  our own  
Fenwick Island Life Guards. 
The unigue thing about Fenwick Island is that it truely is a walk  
around community. 
Plenty of restaurants - Fenwick Island Crabhouse, Bahama Mama's,  
Charlie's Bayside,Dirty Harry's, Oceanside subs and pizzas, Nantucket's and drop  
by and see our friend Gaby at Mancini's. Candy Kitchen, Duncan Donuts and Fisher's  
Popcorn are an aromatic distractions that are hard to  
avoid.  
Plenty of local activities open year round. Putt putt golf,Kenny's  
Fenwick Island Surf Shop,Jay's FI Bike Shop, Book Store, Rebel One 
Store, FI Fishing & Bait Shop and Liquor store are  
on the corner adjacent to townhouse and all under the watchful beam  
of light from the historic Fenwick Island Lighthouse.

In Season              June- August $2,300 - $2,975 week 
 
Off- Season            Jan - March $1,100 - $2,000 Week  
                       April - May $1,600 - $2,200 week  
                       Sept - Dec  $1,600 - $2,200 week 
 
We will do off-season Week - weekend rentals, please inquire. We  
have many return visitors so book early or renew for following  
year.
