love the fact that we have a huge outdoor shower and each floor
above has it's own hot water heater.
Washer/Dryer - full size, air conditioning, ceiling fans
throughout,downstairs grotto with gas grill,rocking and adirondack
chairs. We now have a Stair Glide Chair for those who may need help
getting from the ground floor to the first floor.
Four Sun decks
WiFi throughout, high speed DSL,VCRs, DVDs, Cable TVs,Play Station
and
entertainment library along with plenty of beach reading
Fully Equipped Kitchen - New Refridgerator-Icemaker dishwasher,
microwave, toaster, blenders, garbage disposal, filtered water. Our guest said to add that we have everything that they have at home, pots, pans, dishes, bowls, utensils etc!
Parking for four automobiles!New beach hauler- to help get your
things to and from the beach.

First things first. The beach is huge, no sitting on top of your
neighbor or strangers...clean and patrolled diligently by our own
Fenwick Island Life Guards.
The unigue thing about Fenwick Island is that it truely is a walk
around community.

Charlie's Bayside,Dirty Harry's, Oceanside subs and pizzas,

avoid.
Plenty of local activities open year round. Putt putt golf, Thunder Lagoon Waterpark, Kenny's Fenwick Island Surf Shop,Jay's FI Bike Shop, Book Store, FI Fishing & Bait Shop and Liquor store are
on the corner adjacent to townhouse and all under the watchful beam
of light from the historic Fenwick Island Lighthouse.

We will do off-season Week - weekend rentals, please inquire. We
have many return visitors so book early or renew for following
