Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy the perfect vacation or golf getaway in this beautiful one-
story townhome with World Class Golf and Majestic Mountain Views.  
It is nestled near the beautiful Superstition Mountains and at the 
base of Dinosaur Mountain, overlooking the 3rd Fairway of Sidewinder 
Golf Course at the Gold Canyon Golf Resort.  Sidewinder Golf Course 
and Dinosaur Golf Courses are the #1 rated public courses in 
Arizona.  

It is 32 miles east of the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and Gold 
Canyon has several restaurants, Walgreens, Grocery Store, dry 
cleaners, fitness club, coffee houses, hair and nail salons, banks, 
and car wash, as well as several additional amenities including a 
Spa at the Golf Resort.  The Gold Canyon area is quiet and peaceful 
if you are looking for a relaxing vacation.  There are lakes within 
an hour's drive where you can fish, rent a houseboat, ski ... or 
just enjoy a meal on the terrace of the restaurant.  There are also 
several Casino's within an hour's drive. The area is loaded with 
hiking trails. 

This 1894 square foot,split master, single level property is located 
in a gated, luxury townhome community.  The master bedroom has a 
king bed, master bath with double sinks, large walk-in glass-block 
shower, and has a large walk-in closet.  

The second bedroom has a Queen bed and its own 3/4 bath with nice 
shower.  This bedroom is on the other side of the home, so you can 
enjoy the quiet if you have guests.  

The kitchen is complete with stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, 
dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, toaster, pots/pans, utilsils, 
and dishes.  The kitchen overlooks the greatroom furnished with two 
couches, 2 lazy boys and a 60" television with Basic Cable.  The 
kitchen, greatroom, entry and bathrooms have nice neutral tile and 
the bedrooms and office have neutral carpet.  There is a sliding 
door onto a tiled patio, furnished with furniture and a gas BBQ.  
You get a view of Dinosaur Mountain and the golf course from your 
window or patio.  The front door has a lockable security door, so 
you can leave the door open on any nice cool day and still be secure.

For those working vacations, there is a separate office with custom 
built-in desks, bookcases and drawers.

The laundry room, off the kitchen, has a new washer and dryer and is 
adjacent to the two car garage with opener.  

This is an end unit so it is nice and peaceful
