front porch, this room shares jack and jill bath to bedroom #3.

Bedroom #3 which has 2 twin beds plus a trundle.

Bedroom #4 (2nd Master)King with TV, & Private Bath, this Bedroom sits off the pool areas as does the Game Room.

Game Room complete with sleeper sofa billiard table, games, fridge,
ice machine, total house system, home theater system and plasma tv.
The Game room can be closed off and used as a bedroom.

The Pool is accessed from the Game room, lower level powder room or the 2nd master bedroom.

There is also a powder room on this floor that has access to the pool as well as the main hallway of the home.

There is a main line gas grill, as well as an outdoor shower available for your use.

Upper level:

This level houses Great Room with 1 Sleeper Sofa, Fireplace, Plasma TV, Gourmet Kitchen, Dinning Area and Master Suite

The Master Suite
The Master Suite has 1 Queen sized bed, & Sleeper Sofa, TV, Private Bath with Separate Shower,

The Sitting Room sits off the Master Bedroom and has wonderful views as it opens up to the front porch, this room can be closed off and used as another bedroom.

The Great Room has a Plasma TV, Fireplace and yet another Sleeper Sofa.

All floors are accesible by the Elevator and the two top floors have furnished porches extending the length of the front of the house for wonderful ocean views and breezes. 

The Garage is large enough for 5 cars depending on size.
