quiet of Mazatlan living. Be immersed in the sound of the relaxing
waves of the Pacific Ocean.
Condo location: Quintas Del Mar which is approximately 4 miles north
of the Golden Zone.  
1 Master Bedroom with bath, King bed. Ocean view
1 Guest room with 2 single beds. Ocean view.
Large futon couch in the livingroom. 
Ocean view, catch every sunset from our cozy patio.
Full Kitchen with Microwave,Blender,Oven/Stove and Dishwasher.
Kitchen bar for four. Dining for six.
Ipod docking station and Color TV with DVD player.
Private quiet beach, large pool and grand palapas.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Tennis courts.
Walk passed our large pool with 2 children's pools straight out to a
very private, peaceful and clean beach with palapas.
Multiple restaurants within walking distance, serving Breakfast, Lunch
and Dinner.
Two adult all-terrain bikes for your personal use.
7/24 on site security. 

Activities and Attractions

On property- huge lap pool with 2 children's pools. Waterfall,
beautiful rock formations. Tennis court directly off elevator.
In town- Golf, Catamaran trips, Deep Sea Fishing, Historical site
seeing tours, fabulous downtown market, a unique shopping experience!
Many restaurants with varieties of food, drinks and entertainment.
Massage and spa within walking distance from our home. 

Vacation Rental Rates

July, August & September $500.00 per week.
April, May & June $600.00 per Week
October, November, December, January, February & March Discounted to
$700.00
per week.
Monthly rates available upon request.
All payments are made on-line through Paypal.
