There is a $75 Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee that covers the cleaning of the house, laundry and maintenance. 

A refundable $300 ($750 for 3 months rental) Security/Damage Deposit is required and must be received within (5) five days to hold your reservation.  Please note - this is a true Security/Damage Deposit and will not be credited to your stay. It will be refunded in full after your stay provided there are no damages to the property, no theft, and the house is left in good, reasonably clean condition  (extra cleaning beyond the normal will be deducted from the security deposit).  Any damages in excess of the security deposit will be billed
to the person booking the stay.
