This newly decorated, non-smoking unit has gorgeous direct views from the 2nd & 3rd floors        Master BR has king size bed, two twins in guest room PLUS a "crash pad" in guest room for an additional child!  We are located in a small, family friendly complex that is enjoyed by our guests year round.  The unit sits SO close to the ocean, so the view is 2nd to none!            

For your safety and privacy, we're located on the NO-DRIVE area of the beach.  Miles and miles of white sand beach, shells, the sound of the waves... ahhhh...

You will LOVE the unit and our area from the time you open the front door! And it comes with everything you need to enjoy an incredible beach vacation!  Beach chairs, boogie boards, pool floats, cooler for the beach, sandcastle building toys, buckets, 2 tennis racquets and much more awaits YOU!

Cable TV, DVD, VCR, free wi~fi internet access, microwave, fully equipped condo in every way! Shuffle board, tennis courts, pool table. Large pool and deck area overlooking the entire
ocean. Poolside charcoal grills invite friends and families to gather for a meal, and the covered, raised gazebo is poolside also, to enjoy a cocktail or a great book at any time!

Beautiful beaches, great inland and off shore fishing, surfing, shelling, shopping on historical Flagler Avenue and in Downtown New Smyrna, which is located in an oceanfront setting for dining and shops.
