Vacation Rental Description

Come enjoy your vacation in this fabulous, brand new, ground level 
condo, DIRECTLY on the beach, only two miles from downtown historic 
St.Augustine!

Located in Vilano Beach, just north of St. Augustine, Seacrest 101 
is ideally situated on the ground floor of a beautiful condominium 
of only seven units! No crowds, no noise, just peaceful surroundings 
and the sound of the surf.... and you may have the beach all to 
yourself!

With three bedrooms, two full baths, spacious living-dining area, 
gourmet kitchen and oceanfront covered patio, Seacrest 101 offers 
luxurious surroundings, lovely decor, many amenities, and an 
affordable price!

The living-dining-kitchen area is spacious and open to the patio and 
ocean beyond. With a sofa, loveseat, and several comfy chairs, up to 
6 guests can breathe in the ocean air, enjoy the sounds of the surf, 
or appreciate each other's company in the comfortable living room. 
The dining table seats 6 and is ideally placed directly opposite the 
gourmet kitchen.

The kitchen is outfitted with all the conveniences of home! 
Beautiful cherry cabinets, thick granite counters, and top quality 
appliances will make meal preparation a joy! The large refrigerator, 
glass top stove, full size oven, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage 
disposal will help make your vacation a pleasure. We also provide 
all the small appliances you would expect at home: electric coffee 
pot, toaster, blender, mixer, and plenty of cooking utensils.

The master suite contains a king size bed, ample storage, and a 
private bath with oversize soaking tub, separate shower, and 
double vanities. 

The second bedroom contains a queen bed, and the third has two 
twins. These bedrooms share a full bath with tub/shower combination. 
All bedrooms have televisions with DVD and VCR.

Directly outside the living room is a lovely covered patio with 
several comfortable chairs. From there, it is just a 20 second 
stroll to the wide, sandy, beach and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.

For your convenience, Seacrest 101 comes equipped with wireless 
Internet connection (bring your laptop!), crib, play pen, baby 
monitor, booster chair, lots of beach towels, several beach chairs 
and beach toys, books and games for children and adults, and much 
more!

A special bonus for weekly renters is an optional membership to 
the Serenata Beach Club, located just 2 miles from the condo. The
Serenata Club has three huge pools, including one just for children, 
a full time children's activities director, great dining room, snack 
bar by the pool, work-out facility, adults-only pool and spa, and 
much much more!

Activities and Attractions

At the condo, you will enjoying swimming, walking on the beach, 
searching for shells and sharks teeth, enjoying the dolphins, 
pelicans, gulls, and sandpipers; snoozing or reading on the 
beach or patio; having quiet time in the beautiful condo with its 
many amenities.

For a change of pace from the condo and the quiet beach, take 
advantage of the optional membership to the beautiful Serenata Beach 
Club, just two miles away! The club offers three huge pools, 
structured children's activities, a great dining room, outdoor 
sandwich bar, work out room, ocean front bar and grill, and rentals 
of kayaks and other water toys.

St. Augustine is a delightful destination, with many attractions, 
walking streets, boutiques, great restaurants, carriage rides, a 
super outlet mall, river and Intracoastal cruises, parasailing, deep 
sea fishing, exploring the Guana River park, and much more.

Golf abounds, both in the St. Augustine and Ponte Vedra areas. The 
World Golf Village is just 15 minutes away and dozens of other 
public and semi public courses are within minutes in several 
directions! A trip or two to Ponte Vedra is perfect for golf, great 
dining, and shopping.

Easy day trips can be made to Daytona and Marineland (about 1 hour); 
Disney World and other Orlando theme parks (about 2 hours); the 
Kennedy Space Center (about 2 1/2 hours) and to various parks and 
springs throughout northern and central Florida. Many of our guests 
recommend the Jacksonville zoo (about 1 hour), renting boats to 
cruise and fish in the Intracoastal Waterway, biking in the Guana 
Park, and of course, golf golf golf.

Vacation Rental Rates

Marh 2 - May 24, 2008: $1600 weekly

May 25 - June 28, 2008: $2000 weekly

June 29 - August 16, 2008: $2400 weekly

August 17 - September 6, 2008:  $1600 weekly

September 7, 2008  - February 28, 2009: $1200 weekly for 1-2 guests. Each additional pays $100 weekly

   pools for nominal fee (weekly renters only)
*  Taxes of 9% and refundable reservation/deposit of $500 per week
