Vacation Rental Description

Kudos is as spacious as it is beautiful, so whether you're heading to the river with a group of friends or planning 
a family vacation, you'll be very comfortable in Kudos' large, stylishly decorated rooms. In the living room you'll 
find two sofas (one is a queen sleeper), a woodburning stove, and a 30" flat screen TV with DVD in the rustic 
pine armoire, as well as sliding glass doors leading to the back deck. And of course, wireless high speed 
internet access. The house has both central heat and air conditioning, so you can regulate the temperature in 
winter and summer!

One of the most amazing things about Kudos is that each spring, the owners bring in enough sand to create a 
beautiful beach for your private use. Complete with fire pit! The river is about 4 feet deep here, so there is 
ladder access, and there is also a long neighborhood beach one block away. Kudos comes equipped with 2 
kayaks and a 2-person inflatable raft for your use.

The long deck spans the length of the house and has wonderfully comfortable furniture, a 2 person swing, gas 
grill, and 5 person hot tub, all overlooking the river. There's plenty of sun, and a market umbrella for shade. 
Kudos is located in one of the quietest areas of the Russian River, so you'll get lots of peace and tranquility here.

Kudos has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, plus a queen sofabed, so it can sleep 8.

Kudos is located one mile from downtown Guerneville and shopping, beaches, and hiking in Armstrong 
Woods.  It's only about 20 minutes from the Pacific Coast, and there are wineries throughout the region for 
wine tasting and relaxing.  Come experience this amazing place!

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer Rates (May - September):

     $360 / Night - $2160 / Week
     1 week minimum stay.

Winter Rates (October - April):

     Winter Rates: $310 / $1860
     2 night minimum stay (3 for holidays).
 
(Most Holidays are an additional 10%)
 
County tax is 11% on top of home rental cost.

Cleaning Fee: $125 (includes linens).

Refundable Security Deposit = 1/3 of rental
