Vacation Rental Description

This one of a kind 2,200 sq. foot loft-style property combines all the
best attractions Vermont has to offer. The rooftop deck has
spectacular views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondack Mountains, and
the front door opens directly onto Church Street, the pedestrian-only
cultural center of Burlington. Boutiques, restaurants, bars, and cafes
are literally at your doorstep. The Waterfront area, Echo museum, art
galleries, Flynn Theater, movie theater, bike paths, University of
Vermont, and other local attractions are just a short stroll away.
The condo style is unique with three open floors of exposed brick. The
main floor includes a large, modern kitchen that opens up to the
comfortable living room with a 37” flat-screen TV and accompanying
entertainment system. The second floor houses the spacious master
bedroom with queen bed, a second bedroom with a single bed, and a
large, hotel-style bathroom with dual showerheads and tub. The third
floor includes a second living room that converts to a sleeping loft
with pull-out full-sized sofa (a.k.a. the third bedroom.) The roof top
deck includes a gas grill and tables and chairs for entertaining or to
enjoy while you watch the sunset over the lake.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Kitchen is perfect for preparing elaborate home-cooked meals. Complete
with stone countertops, modern appliances, including microwave and
dishwasher, as well as dishes, utensils, pots and pans, coffeemaker,
and other essentials.
Brand new energy-efficient washer and dryer located in the bathroom on
the main level.
Bedrooms are carpeted and complete with linens, mirrors, bedside
tables and other accessories.
Condo has central air conditioning and heating. Also includes a second
deck off of the main level.
Skylight and other floor-to-ceiling windows naturally light the
spacious living areas.
No smoking. Pets require additional deposit. 10 minutes from
Burlington Airport. 35 minutes from Stowe Mountain and other resorts.
Parking is available on the street and in two nearby parking garages.

$250 per day or $1,750 per week
All rates plus 9% VT Tax.
